Will never recommend him
Joel Perez - Remax United - He has lied and cheated us out of money that was promised to us after our home purchased was closed. Upon leaving the closing, we asked him about the money promised to us and he said that he will send it to us when his commission clears. When we followed up he came up with a different story and acted like did not promise us the money, making excuses that the mortgage wasn't given to his wife as intended. The intent to help us financially was confirmed after we've change mortgage company. Changing the mortgage company was the Realtor fault because his wife couldn't close within the time frame we were given therefore we could've lost the house completely and wouldn't make any commission. Also, this Realtor was working on refinancing one of my other mortgages and failed of closing on that deal which cost me $200.00 to procure the documentation he requested and never got those money back either. Be careful, this person is not honest!
