PhDThis young man seems to think that 2001-2006 era never ended.
He comes across as unrealistic, derogatory, and dismissive of potential buyers. It is buyers market nowadays - he should be more respectful to people in general. He is shame for the company such as @properties.
UnprofessionalHe was acting totally disorganized - he was canceling and showing up late to appointments. In addition he is totally pushy and arrogant.
Avoid at any cost.Terrible service, greedy.
Disrespectful to women.Late, arrogant, always in hurry, and disrespectful...
Worst experience I ever hadAnthony doesn't listen. He cancelled two and was showing up late to appointments. He made us feel bad for spending less as he almost pushed us to make an offer way above our means. He definitely pressured us to consider homes that were out of our budget and wasted a lot of our time.
Finally, he was flip-flopping on broker fees and was disclosing personal issues of the two sellers.
In summary, he was way too aggressive, shady, and definitely preoccupied with his own interests.
Pushy and unreliableManipulative and arogant.
Two thumbs down for @ PropertiesHe was abusive when we were discussing whether to make an offer on a property as we didn't want to spend more than originally discussed.
